National Events for the Year 2013

  • Fund Raising Seminar and Consultation (August 21-27, 2013)
    This seminar helps full-time staff, associate staff, regional coordinators, and entity leaders hone their fundraising skills. They raise finances for their family, ministry, regional, and entity needs. This will be held at the PhilNavs HQ.
  • National Council (August 25, 2013)
    This whole day meeting will be attended by the regional coordinators, entity leaders, and the Executive Team. The ET will present the strategic plans of the PhilNavs priorities: Capacity Building, Fund Generation, and Ministry Expansion. The National Council meeting will be held at the Nav building.
  • Emmaus Journey Strategic Planning (August 24-26, 2013)
    Leaders and practitioners of this new ministry will review and possibly revise the EJ’s Strategic Plans made 4 years ago. Two or three workshops related to their ministry will be presented during this time. They are going to use the mezzanine of the Nav building for this meeting.
  • The New ET Team Building (September 13-15, 2013)
    The Executive Team will meet for two days for team building. The Asia-Pacific leadership will facilitate this event. Tentatively, the venue will be at Meralco Foundation in Antipolo.
  • Asia-Pacific Women’s Conference (October 17-21, 2013)
    10 PhilNav women are attending this conference on the theme on “We are His Masterpiece.” This will be held in Bandung, Indonesia.
  • Full-Time Staff and General Assembly (November 29-December 1, 2013)
    We have been utilizing this SEC-required annual assembly for staff development. The Haskells are coming for this purpose. Hannah will speak about normal Human Developmental Stages and Tasks. Greg will talk about Foundation for Change. This will be held at Rizal Re-creation Center in Rizal, Laguna.
