Couple Edgardo “Egay” Luyao and Evalyn “Neneng” Luyao are Associate Staff in Cagayan de Oro City. They are currently ministering to Small Biblical Communities composed of families and young professionals in their locality.

Neneng is one of the pioneering contacts in Navigators-Cagayan de Oro City during her freshman year in college. Since then, she has been walking with the Lord. After her retirement, she has dedicated herself even more to serving the Lord through the Northern Mindanao (NM) Navigators ministry.

Egay, on the other hand, is a full pledge Nav husband. He came to know the Lord through his wife. Since then, he has faithfully served the Lord by fostering small biblical communities with his family and working full time with the NM Navigators ministry.
