Micah Ballon serves an intern staff of The Philippine Navigators.
“I believe that my courage and strength define who I am. I am efficient in management, persistent, diligent, and most importantly, a believer in Jesus Christ. I graduated with a degree in Packaging Engineering from Central Philippine University, Iloilo City in 2020. My hometown is Surallah, South Cotabato.Looking back, I am incredibly grateful for my Navigators family, who helped me grow deeper in Christ during my college years, especially while I was away from home in an unfamiliar environment.
My father was involved with The Navigators during his college days. He came to know Christ through an American missionary at Central Philippine University in Iloilo City. Both of my parents were actively engaged in Christian campus organizations back then. So, when the time came for my two brothers and me to attend university, we also became part of The Navigators.”

Financial Policy
The Navigators is a non-stock non-profit organization that is sustained by donations from its constituency, friends, and other organizations. The Philippine Navigators, being autonomous from other Navigator entities, is responsible to raise every peso needed to operate its outreach programs. We have financial policies and guidelines meant to help ensure that we manage our God-given resources faithfully, effectively, and blamelessly.
