Randy Bandonill has been a full-time staff member of the Navigators since 1996, first as a Youth Development Facilitator (YDF) from 1996-1998 and later as Intern Staff assigned at the UPD (1998-2000), reaching out and discipling students. He was later assigned to pioneer a campus ministry at the Central Luzon State University (CLSU) in Muñoz, Nueva Ecija (2001-present. Randy is married to Belen, a Supervising Science Research Specialist at the Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice) in Muñoz, Nueva Ecija. Randy and Belen have three sons who are in their teens and young adult stage. Randy first came to know the Lord and the Navigators as a student in Baguio City. Randy is a member of the National Leadership Team (NLT) and Overseer for North Luzon division.
