Description

Norvie Agustin is an Intern Staff of The Philippine Navigators based in Cagayan de Oro, serving as Area Leader Coordinator in CDO and Northern Mindanao Campus Coordinator. He became part of the Navigator ministry during his college years (S.Y. 2006–2010 at University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines) through discipleship, prayer, and campus gatherings, where he later served as a core leader in campus ministry. His ministry journey includes serving as Youth Development Facilitator (2012–2016), Intern Staff (2016–2018), Associate Staff (2018–2024), briefly serving in Baguio, and later as RCLTP Director for North Luzon and Metro Manila in 2025. In his professional journey, he worked as a Sales Associate/Medical Representative (2018–2019) at Gret Marketing, then served at BAI Finance Pty Ltd as Loan Processing Assistant and later as Process, Compliance, and Quality Assurance Specialist, followed by HR Assistant Manager (2021–2024) in Australia through online work, and as HR Manager at Crumbcoat Café (2024–2025), before returning to full-time ministry in 2026.
