Description

Manuel (aka Noel) is married to Maria Teresa Galliguez and blessed with two (2) lovely daughters – Grimpil Lea, and Portia.

He is a volunteer associate staff and currently based in Tayud, Consolacion, Cebu. Like the apostle Peter (Acts 3:6), “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I have I give…” freely. So, I desire and pray to make others rich by creatively telling the Good News of God’s salvific grace in Christ Jesus (2Co 8:9).
