Help Rebuild Lives Among Navigator Communities

Recent earthquakes and typhoons—especially Typhoon Tino in the Visayas and Super Typhoon Uwan across Luzon and Eastern Visayas—have left many communities devastated. Thousands of families are displaced, struggling to rebuild homes and livelihoods in Cebu, Iloilo, Baguio, Benguet, La Union, Ilocos, Nueva Ecija, Quirino, and Bicol.

We thank God that no Navigator members or families have been physically harmed and no homes destroyed. Yet we sense deep emotional and spiritual burdens among our brothers and sisters—seen not in words alone, but in the weight of their stories and messages.

As Navigators, we believe our ministry of care extends beyond rebuilding homes—it includes rebuilding hearts.

Navigator Teams on the Ground

Our local teams have already begun responding:

• Cebu Navigators have reached about 140 affected families in Cabadiangan, Liloan with food and supplies, and are preparing to assist 40 more families in rebuilding their homes.
• Iloilo Navigators are providing relief to communities in Cadagmayan, Sta. Barbara, and plan to extend help to Leganes. Several Navigator families in West Visayas also need assistance to repair their properties.

Beyond physical aid, we are preparing to send trained counselors and equip local Navigators to offer emotional debriefing and spiritual care within their own communities.
