Soc Arzadon, a member of the national leadership team (NLT), has recently retired from his corporate work as human resources manager. He came to know the Navigators as a freshman student at Saint Louis University in Baguio City. Soc is married to Ched, a professor at the College of Education of the UPD. Soc and Ched have three adult children, all professionals and are volunteers of the Navigators serving in varied roles
