Personal and Ministry Background
Dan and Connie were married in 1979. They have two children: Noel (25) and Jenny Lynn (19). Dan Carigma met Christ in 1970 through a Pastor in his home town. He received his training from the Navigators while at Araneta University. He became a volunteer ministry leader after his graduation. Connie met Christ in 1973. Her hunger for God’s Word prompted her to enroll at Baptist Bible Seminary. She received a degree in Bachelor of Religious education degree and was working at the Teresa Baptist Church when Dan met her.

Human Resource Development Coordinator
Coordinator of the following specialized ministries:
1. Laborers Development Institute: Seminar-Training conducted once a year to equip the Navigator alumni, key people and campus leaders in discipleship.
2. Shepherding Team: The members are gifted counselors whose objective is to help the staff and Navigator alumni leaders in their areas of need.
3. Staff Development: The program of helping the development of staff is coordinated with the help of the Executive Team.
4. Assessment of the office Personnel and Field Staff: The assessment is prepared by the coordinator with the help of Executive Team
